At the heart of our movement is the 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲—a bold commitment to empower individuals to take ownership of their mental health by embracing their authentic voice.

True transformation occurs when leaders across K–12 education, higher education, business, and local government come together to champion and model well-being and personal growth. Through the 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄, we bring 𝗖𝗘𝗢𝘀, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, and 𝗺𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿𝘀 on air to normalize mental health conversations and inspire action in communities across the country.

Together with our partners and pledgers, we strive to positively impact 𝟭𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 students, professionals, and leaders each year, building stronger, healthier communities—one state at a time.
