Serghei Glinca

Serghei Glinca has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Serghei founded CrystalsFirst GmbH in 2018 and served as the CEO, focusing on providing rapid insights into protein-ligand interactions for drug discovery. In 2020, they co-founded DEEP Ecosystems. In 2022, they hosted a podcast called "founders in biotech," where they shared the journeys and achievements of scientific founders to inspire future leaders. Starting in 2021, Serghei became the Marburg Chapter Director at Startup Grind, a community that mentors entrepreneurs worldwide. Serghei also worked as a startup mentor at Max-Planck-Innovation GmbH. Prior to their involvement in the startup ecosystem, Serghei documented startup journeys at StartupLife and also worked as a pharmacist and freelance consultant.
