Executive Chairman and Member of the Board, Quantitative Brokers, an independent, global financial technology company providing advanced algorithms and data-driven analytics to clients in the Futures and US Cash Treasury markets. Member of the Board of Advisors, Centana Growth Partners. Member of the Rosenblatt Securities Investment Banking Advisory Board.

Previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of highly disruptive pari-mutuel software firm Longitude LLC, and Chief Strategy Officer / Head of Corporate Initiatives at Longitudes parent companies ISE, LLC and ISE Holdings until Nasdaqls acquisition of the ISE companies. Responsible for identifying, analyzing and instituting businesses with growth opportunities and strategic planning.

Prior to joining ISE, served as Chief Executive Officer of NQLX, Nasdaq Liffe Markets LLC. Before NQLX, served as an Executive Vice President of Interactive Brokers LLC, part of the Interactive Brokers Croup LLC. Worked as an options market maker at the Chicago Board Options Exchange, served as Vice Chairman of the CBOE Board, and Chairman of the CBOE Executive Committee. Graduate of Carleton College.

Served terms as a Director on the Boards of Longitude LLC, Longitude SA, Hanweck Associates, and Quadriserv, Inc. Served as a Director of Direct Edge Holdings, LLC until its merger with BATS Global Markets. Previous Board seats included the Chicago Board Options Exchange, the Cincinnati Stock Exchange, and the Boston Options Exchange.
