David Sinclair

David Sinclair is an experienced professional in the marine and subsea energy industry with extensive expertise in management, engineering, and technology development. Currently serving as IAC Package Manager at Flotation Energy since June 2025, David also holds the position of Director at SINCLAIR MARINE LIMITED and works as a Consultant Technical Advisor at DeepOcean, focusing on offshore renewable energy solutions. David's previous roles include Technical Project Manager at Archer Knight, Consultant Package Manager and Lead for Offshore Wind at Global Offshore, and Director of Technology and Innovation at Tech-Terra Ltd. Notable achievements include leading engineering initiatives at Bibby Offshore and contributing to the establishment of the National Subsea Centre. David holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University.
