Kunal Aggarwal

Kunal Aggarwal is a computational biologist specializing in mechanistic modeling of cellular signaling. They completed their Ph.D. at Carnegie Mellon University, where their research focused on T cell signaling in various contexts, including immune checkpoint inhibition. With experience as a Research Intern at Genentech and a Senior Researcher at the University of Pittsburgh, they have applied advanced modeling techniques and machine learning to enhance the understanding of drug interactions and biological datasets. Currently, Kunal serves as a Scientist and QSP Lead at Deep Origin, where they continue to advance modeling and simulation in drug discovery.
