We feel privileged to provide the gifts of healing and spiritual inquiry to adults and teens in the greater Hartford area.

Services provided include yoga and meditation instruction, reiki and yoga therapy. In addition, we offer several international spiritual journeys throughout the year.

It is our goal, whether you take a group or private class, receive a healing treatment or come with us on a pilgrimage that through these practices you reconnect to a life of truth and joy.

Our classes are accessible to people of all levels of physical fitness and flexibility.
