Natalia E.

Natalia E. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Natalia is currently working as a Lecturer in digital economy at Queen Mary University of London since November 2021. Prior to that, they co-founded Deep Planet in 2018 and held the role of Co-Founder. Natalia also worked at the University of Oxford as a Teradata Research Fellow from May 2018 to September 2021. Additionally, they were a Senior Collaborator at Oxford Artificial Intelligence Society from September 2019 to July 2020. Before that, they worked at WeSee as a Machine Learning Researcher from October 2017 to April 2018. Natalia also worked as a Research Scientist, Deep Learning at NTechLab from September 2016 to September 2017. Earlier in their career, they served as an Associate Professor in Computer Science at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics from August 2012 to August 2016. Natalia started their research career at Kyoto University as a Researcher from October 2008 to April 2012, where they worked in the Cognitive Science Group in the Dept. Intelligence Science and Technology in the Graduate School of Informatics.

Natalia E. has an extensive education history. In 1998, they obtained a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Russian State University of Humanities. Following that, from 2008 to 2012, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science at Kyoto University. In 2016, Natalia attended the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management. Natalia further expanded their knowledge in computer science by completing the Stanford AI professional certificate "NLP with deep learning" at Stanford University in 2021. Additionally, Natalia obtained two certifications: PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2022 and Computational Neuroscience from Coursera in January 2014.
