Deep Sea Development Services Inc. (DSDS) is a Houston-based service company focused on subsea and deepwater development projects   The company was formed in 1996 to meet the need for experienced subsea systems personnel.

Well Containment 

 For many companies, this demand exceeds their in-house manpower availability or impacts their ongoing daily operations in drilling and completion, production, and project execution tasks.  Deep Sea Development Services, Inc.  supports a majority of the operator’s in well containment related activities.
DSDS has been involved in many of the areas relating to the new requirements on well containment planning since the Macondo incident. 

These areas include:
Helix Well Containment Group (HWCG) Deepwater Intervention Technical Committee (DITC) participation
Well Containment Plan (WCP) preparation
Incident and drill well containment source control team staffing

DSDS can provide individuals to work as a part of your project team or we can provide a team to manage and execute the work.  We are available to work at the client’s offices or at our own facility in NW Houston
