Gary Corn

Gary Corn is an accomplished legal expert with extensive experience in national security, cyber law, and operational law. Currently serving as an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Center for a New American Security and an Expert Consultant at Law and Forensics, Gary also holds a Senior Fellow position at the Lieber Institute for Law and Warfare and is a Principal at Deep Water Point. As the Founder and Principal of Jus Novus Consulting, LLC, and the Director of Technology, Law, and Security at American University Washington College of Law, Gary contributes significantly to academia and policy. Previous roles include Senior Fellow at the R Street Institute and Staff Judge Advocate at US Cyber Command. Gary's educational background includes a Master's degree in National Security Policy Studies from the United States Army War College and a JD from The George Washington University Law School, complemented by advanced legal training focused on military law.
