Jim Roller

Jim Roller is the Co-Founder and COO of Deep Water Software, where they utilize their extensive international experience in training, sales support, strategic planning, and project implementation. Previously, they held roles such as Director of Client Services at Roller’s Ozark Mountain Cleaning, managing client relationships and a large team. Jim has also worked as a Senior Developer at Next Level Solutions and Sac River Services, focusing on Duck Creek service implementations. With a foundational education in Mathematics and Physical Education from Southwest Baptist University, Jim is passionate about developing servant leaders and enjoys coaching their youngest son's basketball team.
