Dr. Daniel Damböck

Dr. Daniel Damböck has a diverse work experience in various roles. Dr. Daniel started their career in 2007 as a Scientific Researcher at the Chair of Ergonomics at TU Munich, focusing on the interaction between drivers and increasingly automated vehicles. Their research aimed to ensure a safe collaboration between drivers, vehicles, and automation.

In 2013, Dr. Damböck joined Ergoneers GmbH, where they initially served as a Senior Designer Simulation, overseeing the construction of driving simulator laboratories. Later, they became the Head of the Competence Center, responsible for gathering customer problems, requirements, and needs, as well as consolidating technical knowledge about the company's products. In this role, Dr. Damböck led 25 projects from sales and conceptualization to delivery, each with a budget ranging from 100,000 to 500,000 EUR.
