Nadav Barak

Nadav Barak is an experienced professional in artificial intelligence and machine learning, currently serving as the Head of AI at Deepchecks since March 2022, where responsibilities include designing and implementing evaluation engines for generative AI applications and collaborating with clients on robust evaluation tools. Prior to this, Nadav held the position of Algorithm Team Lead at Mend, mentoring a team while overseeing algorithm development and optimization for production. Earlier roles include teaching assistant and machine learning researcher at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, data analyst for the National Cyber Security Directorate, and intelligence analyst for the Israel Air Force Research Department, where exceptional research contributions were recognized with an award. Nadav holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
