Philip Tannor

Philip Tannor is a co-founder and CEO of Deepchecks, a Python package that validates machine learning models and data with minimal effort. Philip worked in this role from December 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Data Science Resident at WalkMe from February 2019 to June 2019, where they developed new machine learning methods for automatic UI understanding and natural language processing. Philip also worked as the Head of Data Science Group and Operations Researcher at the Israel Defense Forces from October 2016 to February 2019 and from July 2012 to October 2016, respectively.

Philip Tannor completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Tel Aviv University from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2009 to 2012. During the same period, Philip also participated in the Talpiot Program, an Excellence Program for Technological Leadership.
