DeepCloud is a DBMS firm that has developed Whirlwind: an analytical DBMS that is 700 times faster than competitor databases and uses ordinary SQL.  The speed advantage is due to our combination of GPU based processing technology.  A free beta version of Whirlwind was released in September 2014, is available now, and is being tested by dozens of North American, South American, European, Asian, and Australian organisations.  In late 2014 DeepCloud will release the next version of Whirlwind on both a non-commercial (free) and commercial license basis.
