Yeshe has a diverse work experience in the field of frontend development, UX/UI design, and IT support. They started their career as a webmaster and IT support service provider for small businesses from 2001 to 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a UX/UI designer and developer at Develon Digital. They also had an internship as a front end developer and web designer during this time. In 2015, Yeshe worked as a freelance front end developer at H-FARM's Digital Accademia and as a UX/UI designer/developer at LIFE Interaction. From 2016 to 2018, they continued their freelance work at H-FARM. In 2016, Yeshe also started working as a front end/IxD/UI developer, initially at an unknown company and later at ABACUS Research AG. In 2019, they joined Efesto Studio as a frontend developer and worked there until 2021. Currently, Yeshe is working as a frontend developer at both DeepCloud and Justbit, starting in 2021.

Yeshe attended Università degli Studi di Verona from 2006 to 2009, where they studied Foreign Languages for International Commerce. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Graphics and Multimedia at Discipline della comunicazione di Schio from 2010 to 2012.
