💻 Lukas Batteau

Lukas Batteau has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. 💻 is currently serving as the Co-Founder/CTO at Deepdesk, where they aapplyartificial intelligence to enhance customer service. Lukas co-founded the company in 2019 and is responsible for training machine learning algorithms, providing real-time conversation suggestions, and automating repetitive processes.

Before Deepdesk, Lukas worked as a Freelancer at Indie IT starting from 2011. In this role, they provided their services independently without long-term commitments.

From 2017 to 2019, Lukas served as a Senior Developer at Lift B.V. This tech startup utilized machine learning to connect talent with suitable companies. Lukas worked as a full stack developer, contributing to the mobile app's development and integrating data science to match users with relevant opportunities.

Lukas also gained experience as an iOS Developer at Bksy from March 2017 to January 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Lead Developer at Whever Inc. from November 2014 to July 2015, where they developed an app that was later rebranded as Timee Inc. Lukas was responsible for the Android app development during their time at Timee Inc.

Earlier in their career, Lukas worked at NKI/AVL as a Clinical Research Programmer from June 2007 to June 2011. In this role, they focused on developing and supporting clinical research software for the Radiology research group, improving software development environments and standards, and implementing image processing algorithms.

Prior to NKI/AVL, Lukas worked at Quinity from June 2004 to May 2007. 💻 held multiple roles in this company, including Software Engineer, Team Leader, and Functional Designer.

Lukas's work experience dates back to the National Capital Area Medical Simulation Center, where they conducted master's research from 2003 to 2004.

Lukas Batteau began their education in 1991 at GSG Guido, where they completed their VWO degree in 1997. Following this, they enrolled at Utrecht University in 1998 and pursued a degree in Computer Science, earning their MSc. in 2004.
