Michael Berthelot

Mike brings a wealth of experience to the table, from serving as a member of 30 different public and private company boards to serving as the CEO of two publicly traded companies (Pro-Dex and TransTechnology Corporation).

Before DeepDiveBio, Mike led multiple turnarounds, acquisitions, divestitures, and worked with private, activist, and hedge fund investors to raise capital. He successfully led the syndication of a $350M multi-institution credit facility and oversaw their secondary stock offering. Mike also served in the U.S. Coast Guard for four years, including a tour of Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War.
