Tom Sommer

Tom Sommer has held various roles in the automotive industry since 2012. Tom began their career as an Intern at Volkswagen India in 2012. Tom then moved on to Schaltbau GmbH in 2013, where they were a Thesis Student. In 2014, they joined Horváth & Partners Management Consultants as a Working Student. In 2016, they joined AUDI AG and held the roles of Executive Assistant to Chief Technical Engineer PPE41/MEB/e-tron, Technical Project Manager Audi A6 e-tron/PPE41, Technical Project Management Premium Platform Electric (PPE), and International Trainee Program. Most recently, in 2022, they joined DeepDrive as a Sales & Project Management.

Tom Sommer completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Industrial Engineering from Hochschule Landshut between 2010 and 2014. Tom went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Technology & Management from Technical University of Munich from 2014 to 2016. During their studies, they also took a course in Technology & Management from UC Santa Barbara in 2015.
