Ali Huling

Ali Huling has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Ali is currently the Head of People and Culture at DeepHealth, where they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of People at Unacast from September 2021 to November 2022. From November 2018 to September 2021, Ali worked as the US HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at EverC. Ali also has experience working as a Corporate Recruiter at Google from January 2018 to November 2018 and as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at New Avon from July 2017 to January 2018.

Before joining New Avon, Ali held the position of a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Brown Brothers Harriman from August 2015 to July 2017. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting entry-level candidates and managing various recruitment programs. Ali also attended recruiting events and organized on-site events to help enhance the company's brand awareness.

Ali's earlier work experience includes roles as an Executive Recruiter at Custom Group of Companies from April 2013 to August 2015 and as a Legal Recruiter at Diamond Personnel from August 2012 to April 2013.

From 2008 to 2012, Ali Huling attended Towson University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
