Serena Hu

Serena Hu has had a diverse and successful career. Serena began their professional journey in 2013 as a Research Assistant at Nanjing University. In 2017, they became a Data Analyst Intern at Peltast Partners. In 2018, they joined Yapp USA Automotive Systems, Inc. as a Program Manager and Product Engineer. In 2022, they moved to DeepHow, where they currently serve as a Sr. Business Analyst. In this role, they design and implements periodic operation dashboards to monitor sales and customer activities, kick off and manage Business Intelligence projects, and interacts with multiple departments. During their time at Yapp USA Automotive Systems, Inc., they set up and managed a tactical timeline of GM and Stellantis programs, collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement engineering changes, and worked with designers and OEM customers to ensure interface compatibility. Additionally, they engaged in fuel system development, collaborated with suppliers to develop and release electrical components, and worked onsite with manufacturing and quality to ensure the buildability and quality performance.

Serena Hu began their educational journey in 2012 when they attended Nanjing University and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Material Science & Engineering in 2016. In 2014, they spent a year as an exchange student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison studying Materials Engineering. Serena then moved on to Lehigh University and earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Systems Engineering in 2018.
