Yunghsin Kao has over 30 years of work experience. yunghsin began their career in 1989 as an Assistant to the General Manager of Newton Publishing Co. Ltd. In 1996, they became the Owner of Blueink Inc., a supplier of LED candles, LCD panels, and other items. In 2005, they became a Special Assistant to the General Manager of KAO HATS Inc. In 2019, they became a Special Assistant to the Board of Little Newton Science Education Co. Ltd., a publishing house based in Taiwan. Currently, they are the Principal for the DeepHow Taiwan Office.

Yunghsin Kao obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from National Taiwan University between 1979 and 1983.
