Rachel Heim

Rachel Heim has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in sales planning, customer success, and project coordination across various industries. Notably, Rachel served as a Sales Planner and Customer Success Manager at Outbrain and has held significant roles at TEGNA as an OTT Sales Planner and Account Representative. Prior positions include ISO Project Coordinator and Marketing Specialist at The Weiss-Aug Group, as well as roles at Weiss-Aug Surgical Products Division as an Operations Assistant & Translator. Rachel's journey began at Lake Valhalla Club as a Lifeguard, and later included internships at DeepIntent, Ziff Davis, Tash Rizzo, and La Pastelería Marina. Currently, Rachel is employed as a Client Success Manager at DeepIntent since May 2025.
