Hardy began their career as a consultant with Kurt Salmon in 1999. Clémentine then joined Accenture in 2001, where they spent fifteen years working in management consulting, rising to the role of Head of Operations for the company's French division. In 2017, they left Accenture to join CHEKK, a security and identity management startup, as Head of Operations. Clémentine stayed with CHEKK for one year before joining Deepki.
