Elise B. is the Head of HR Operations, Admin & Processes at Deepki, where they assist executives and managers with HR policy and strategy in an international context. With 15 years of experience in various HR functions, including training, disability, and compensation & benefits, Elise has also contributed to the creation of subsidiaries across Europe and the United States. Previously, they held roles at ORPEA and Hays, focusing on recruitment and human resources missions. Elise holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Paris and a Master’s in Italian from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle - Paris 3.
