Federica Pierelli

Federica Pierelli is an International HR Operations Specialist currently serving as an International HR Business Partner at Deepki, where they manage HR processes across multiple countries, including Italy, Spain, the UK, Germany, and the USA. They previously held roles as a Talent Acquisition Partner and HRBP Support at Deepki, as well as various consultancy positions at Oliver James and Hunters. Federica earned a Master’s degree in Business Management and Corporate Communication from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and is pursuing further education in HR Management at ALMA LABORIS Business School.
