Raphaël Cluet

Raphaël Cluet is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in customer success management and engineering. Currently serving as a CSM Manager at Deepki since February 2019, Raphaël has progressed through various roles including Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Schneider Electric focusing on multiscale prospective analysis for renewable energy integration into power systems, and an engineering internship at Bertin Technologies emphasizing energy performance. Additional roles include an Assistant Engineer position at Tereos Syral, where optimization of industrial evaporation processes was the focus, as well as a production worker internship at SMR Automotive Systems. Raphaël holds an Engineer’s Degree in Industrial and Chemical Processes from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and has furthered education with studies at Mines Paris - PSL and Technische Universität Berlin.
