Raphael Tessier

Raphael Tessier is a Senior Manager of ESG Advisory for the Real Estate sector at Deepki since March 2023, responsible for managing a consulting team and supporting major real estate companies in ESG strategy development, organizational transformation, data collection, and performance reporting. Prior to this role, Raphael served as Project Manager for Social and Environmental Change at Share It and held managerial positions at Wavestone, where responsibilities included team management, client satisfaction, and operational excellence initiatives. Raphael's earlier experience includes a Senior Consultant role at Kurt Salmon, a Business Analyst position at Accenture, and various internships in quality control and maintenance within the aerospace industry. Raphael holds an engineering degree from Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile and a dual diploma in Business International and Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
