Nic Camp

Nic Camp has a diverse range of work experience in the video production industry. Nic is currently the Head of Video at DeepLearning.AI since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Facebook as a Senior Video Producer & Editor from October 2020 to December 2021. From April 2019 to October 2020, Nic held the same role at various companies. Nic served as a Senior Producer at Udacity from April 2018 to April 2019, where they managed and produced programs and projects, provided creative direction, and led a team of producers. Earlier in their career, Nic worked as a Lead Video Producer/Director at Time Inc. from May 2016 to April 2018, and as a Producer/Director/Video Editor at Whalerock Industries from May 2014 to May 2016. Nic also gained experience as a Producer/Director/Lead Video Editor at Maker Studios Inc from September 2011 to May 2014, creating various content for YouTube channels and other platforms. Additionally, they worked as a Director/Producer/Video Editor at Mopro from January 2008 to September 2011, where they contributed to the creation of an interactive video production agency and produced content for notable brands and artists. Nic started their career as an intern at Silver Pictures and RSA Films in 2007.

Nic Camp's education history includes attending Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2003 to 2005. During this time, Nic studied Mass Communication & Media Arts. Following that, Nic attended Columbia College Chicago from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a BA degree in Film & Video.
