Stijn van der Vat

Stijn van der Vat is an experienced professional in organizational improvement and implementation advisory. Since March 2018, Stijn has served as Lead for The Netherlands at Deepler, a company focused on helping organizations enhance employee engagement and performance through its software tools. Prior roles include Implementation Advisor at Nyenrode Alumni VCV and Co-Founder of TheFAC. Stijn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University, completed between 2017 and 2020.
