Mao Barros

Mao Barros is the CoFounder and CCO at Deeploy, where they lead teams in Brazil and Portugal through strategic design and content. With 20 years of experience in various design disciplines, Mao possesses a unique perspective on aligning user needs with business goals. They have previously held roles at Terra Comunicação, A.T. Kearney, and NiD Digital, contributing to graphic projects, UX/UI design, and team management. Additionally, Mao serves as a Webflow Chapter Leader, providing mentorship and training to the Webflow community in Porto, Portugal. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Design with a specialization in Visual Programming Design from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
