Nilay Aishwarya

Nilay Aishwarya is an XAI Software Engineer at Deeploy since August 2022, focusing on enhancing the monitoring, explainability, and scalability of AI models in production. Previous roles include serving as a Software Engineer, where contributions involved backend development, machine learning, and infrastructure as code for SaaS, as well as interning to create conversational explainers for AI models. Earlier experience includes working as a Full-Stack Developer at Deloitte, addressing tax issues for government and private clients through enterprise software solutions, and internships at prestigious institutions including the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) and the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Nilay holds a Master's degree in Embedded Systems from Delft University of Technology and a MicroMasters in Statistics and Data Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
