I specialize in serving the person who is "the strong friend" for everyone. You are the high-achieving, high-performing woman who has attained a level of success in her life and career, yet struggle with feelings of loneliness, unfulfillment and feeling unseen and unheard.

In me you have a trained professional with not only 10+ years of clinical experience of helping people get unstuck and learning how to become the best and healthiest version of themselves.

I intimately know your unique struggles. I understand the complicated feelings of not always wanting to be the strong friend, but unsure what would be left of your identity if you weren't preoccupied with people pleasing.

You are made for so much more. Your value and worth are not tied to what you produce, earn, or perform.

One of the most frequent comments I hear from clients is that they feel deeply understood, often from the very first session.

I offer psychological safety which allows you the space and freedom to take the courageous risks needed to return to yourself, examine what is not working in your world and the courage to take action to let go of what is no longer serving you well in order to live in greater alignment with your authentic self.
