Divya Grover

Divya Grover is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and organizational growth. Currently serving as People & Growth Manager at DeepMatrix since January 2025, and a member of The Shape of Work since June 2024, Divya has previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Neetable and as a Human Resources Executive at FinBox, where management of HR responsibilities for a team of over 40 individuals was a key focus.
