Rakibul Hasan

Rakibul Hasan has seven years of professional work experience. Rakibul began their career in 2007 as a Software Developer at Cention AB. In 2009 they were promoted to Senior Software Engineer at PLAYDOM LIMITED. From 2014 to 2016, Rakibul worked as a Student Software Engineer at Center for Online Development (CODe), UT Arlington. During this time, they added a cache layer to the backend application to improve response time and performed unit testing for both the backend and frontend. In 2016, Rakibul was promoted to Software Engineer at KIXEYE Inc. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Team Lead at DevDec, where they enhanced functionalities of an open-source Android app and analyzed requirements to design and develop a web application. Most recently, Rakibul was promoted to Project Lead at REVE Systems in 2019 and is currently a Senior Software Engineer at DeepMotion since 2022.

Rakibul Hasan attended Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology from 2002 to 2007, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering. Rakibul then attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2014 to 2016, earning a Master's degree in Computer Science.
