Martina Konečná has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Martina worked as an Administrative Assistant at Publicitaria Praha from July 2010 to January 2012. Martina then worked as a Back Office Assistant at Candyking from February 2012 to February 2014. From April 2013 to April 2014, Martina served as the Vice-President for Events at the European Youth Parliament in the Czech Republic. Martina worked as an Usherette at TaFantastika: Black Light Theatre from June 2008 to March 2015. In 2014, they also interned at PwC Czech Republic s.r.o. as an HR Compensation & Benefits intern. Martina joined McKinsey & Company in June 2016 and held various roles. Currently, in September 2022, they are working at Deepnote as a People Operations Generalist and as the Executive Director of Deepnote Czechia, responsible for employee lifecycle and managing the Prague office.

Martina Konečná obtained their Bachelor's degree in Andragogika a personální řízení from Charles University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Vzdělávání dospělých at Jan Amos Komensky University, Prague. Their earlier education includes attending Gymnázium Omská from 2004 to 2012.
