Joss Rogers

Joss Rogers is the CEO and Co-Founder of DeepRoots, which began operations in January 2024, and currently serves as an Entrepreneur in Residence at ZINC, focusing on environmental health threats. Previously, Joss held the role of Engagement Lead at Climateworks Centre, facilitating decarbonisation pathways in Australian heavy industry and finance. Joss’s experience includes serving as an ESG Specialist at Socialsuite, where strategic advice on ESG initiatives led to significant revenue growth. Earlier positions include Management Consultant at Accenture, Strategic Advisor at THR1VE, Launch Specialist at Amazon Restaurants, and various roles at Amazon, culminating in the establishment of a successful E-learning marketplace. Joss began a career in media as an Assistant Director and Producer at Oculum Films. Joss holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Media and Communications from the University of Nottingham.
