Cindy Fu

Cindy Fu has a wealth of experience in various industries. Cindy began their career in 2015 as a Business Development professional in the Education Industry. In 2018, they joined Roadstar.ai as a Technical Recruiter, where they planned and executed seven campus recruiting events in the Fall of 2018. In 2019, they joined Inceptio as a Recruiter, where they worked with Tech Teams to forecast department goals and hiring needs. Cindy also conducted preparation meetings with Hiring Managers to develop job descriptions and source and screen through large pools of applications. In the same year, they joined DeepRoute.ai as the Head of US Operations. In this role, they oversaw the Operation of the R&D center, US, including Human resources, BD, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, AV Fleet testing and management. Her main focus was Technical Project Management, and they led the US Robotaxi Fleet testing and operation, organized meetings for R&D teams for progress tracking and roadblocks solving, and initiated sensor evaluation processes. In 2022, they joined UpHonest Capital as a Uphonest Scout.

Cindy Fu is currently enrolled at the University of Oregon, where they are pursuing a Master of Public Administration - MPA, with a field of study in Master of Nonprofit Management-MNM.
