Vasileios Kontotasios

Vasileios Kontotasios began their career in 2015 as a Student Supervisor of Tech Support at the University of Peloponnese. In this role, they developed team communication and information for Tech Support meetings, resolved conflicts, and negotiated agreements between parties. Vasileios then worked as an Operator of Meteorological Data Processing and Processing Systems at Hellenic Air Force from May 2019 to November 2019.

In 2021, Vasileios joined NousPratIT as a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer, where they were assigned to Intralot S.A in lottery projects and managed work through JIRA software. Vasileios also worked at DeepSea Technologies as a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer starting in August 2021, and their role there is ongoing.

Vasileios Kontotasios began their education in 2013 at the University of Peloponnese, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics and Telecommunications, specializing in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Vasileios completed their degree in 2022.

In 2019, they briefly attended the Hellenic Air Force to study Electronic Mail Handling Systems. However, no degree was obtained from this institution.

In addition to their formal education, Vasileios obtained several certifications. In 2013, they received the ECDL certification from PeopleCert. In 2016, they completed various courses and lectures, including "Building bridges between education and work" and "Basic Networking Principles" offered by Cisco in collaboration with the University of Peloponnese. Vasileios also attended a lecture on game design at the University of Peloponnese. Furthermore, they participated in the "A journey of knowledge" workshop organized by IEEE.

In 2017, Vasileios attended the 21st Panhellenic Conference of Informatics organized by the Greek Computer Society. In 2018, they completed the Python Workshop offered by IEEE UOP SB. In 2020, they completed the "Front End Web Development with Angular Academy" course offered by Code.Hub. Finally, in 2021 they attended the 4th Scientific Conference on Productive Reconstruction of Greece organized by Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences.
