David Confeld has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. David started their career as a Technical Support Analyst at Spok (formerly Amcom Software) in 2009, where they configured, monitored, and resolved network and application issues. David also provided on-call support for critical systems and collaborated with team members to solve complex problems.
In 2011, David advanced to the role of Sr. Technical Support Analyst at the same company. In this position, they provided mentorship and escalated support for healthcare institutions, universities, military installations, and government agencies. David also created and administered a wiki platform to streamline troubleshooting and enhance teamwork.
David then joined Renters Warehouse in 2013 as their Director of IT. David managed the organization's technology infrastructure and implemented a company-wide transition from legacy Windows platforms to Chrome OS devices. David also performed diligent maintenance and timely application of necessary security patches and updates.

David Confeld obtained their Bachelor's Degree from the University of Minnesota-Morris, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they also achieved a certification as a Red Hat Certified System Administrator from Red Hat in July 2012.
