Sara Taylor

Sara Taylor is the President and Founder of deepSEE Consulting with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion strategies, organizational effectiveness consulting, and leadership development. Sara previously served as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Ramsey County, where Sara established and led D&I efforts for a large organization. Prior to that, Sara worked as a Leadership and Diversity Specialist at the University of Minnesota. Sara holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Diversity from the University of Minnesota.
