DeepSeeq Bioinformatics offers customised analysis of NGS data and other bioinformatic analysis services. Unlike NGS service providers who use fixed pipelines to analyse data and provide standard outputs, we perform additional analysis to extract information relevant to the biological question rather than provide the customer with vast amounts of unfathomable data. We engage in extensive discussions with clients to  understand their requirements based on their project, model system, format of required output, and devise a suitable tailor-made analysis pipeline. We strive to execute the devised pipeline to obtain thorough and timely analysis. Working with DeepSeeq is thus similar to doing a collaborative project with active researchers, without the hassles of authorship!
We offer a range of Bioinformatics services for analysis of NGS data that include but are not limited to transcriptome analysis, exome analysis, small RNA analysis, analysis of DNA-protein interaction, variant calling, metagenomics, and genome assembly projects, as well as custom bioinformatic analysis. 
We have worked clients at reputable institutes like Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, St. John’s Research Institute, Bangalore, and Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics, Hyderabad. 
DeepSeeq was started by two experienced biologists; Dr Yashoda Ghanekar and Dr Subhashini Sadasivam. Both of us have more than 15 years of research experience in diverse fields and have worked at reputed research institutes in India, USA, and the UK.  We have worked at the interface of biology-bioinformatics for the last several years.
