Troy Joo

Troy Joo has worked in a variety of roles in the telecommunications industry since 2001. In 2021, they began their current role as 5G Program Manager at DeepSig Inc., where they are responsible for overseeing E2E 5G SA OTA test lab setup and testing, as well as analyzing and verifying L1, L2, and L3 performance improvement from Neural Receiver (Deep Learning L1 process). From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Solutions Architect at SAMSUNG. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Director at Samsung America. From 2004 to 2016, they were a Director at Samsung. In 2001, they began their career as a Solutions Architect at Samsung MPEON, where they were a cellular data service program manager and consulted on MVNO service architecture.

Troy Joo obtained a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Troy also holds an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS), which they obtained in March 2021.
