Catherine was responsible for global strategy, value creation, and IP enforcement, achieving licensing agreements with industry leaders such as Apple, Samsung, Sony PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch.

Catherine also has experience from their time at Medtronic as the Principal Patent Counsel for the CardioVascular division. In this role, they oversaw IP strategy optimization, including organic and inorganic growth efforts, due diligence for acquisitions and partnerships, and drafting and negotiating complex agreements. Catherine C. also provided assistance to litigation teams in patent-related lawsuits.
