Michael Hazarian

Michael Hazarian has a diverse work experience in the medical technology industry. Michael is currently the Sr. Director of Ultrasound at DeepSight Technology, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Millipede, Inc. from November 2017 to October 2020, where they served as a Director. In this role, they led the development of an integrated Intra Cardiac Echocardiography (ICE) catheter for the Millipede Mitral Valve Annuloplasty System. Michael defined a path to an integrated ICE solution, led a team through the development and delivery of prototype catheters, and developed performance test methods and specifications.

Before joining Millipede, Inc., Hazarian worked as a Principal Engineer at ACIST Medical Systems from May 2013 to October 2017. Prior to that, they were the CTO at Rx Productions from 1997 to May 2013. Additionally, they served as a Product Engineering Manager at Acuson from 1992 to 1997.

Michael Hazarian attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1981 to 1985. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree with a focus on physics.
