Chris Chen has worked at five different companies in the past twelve years. chris began their career in 2008 as a Senior Software Engineer at Trident Microsystems. In 2010, they moved to Intel, where they worked as a Senior Research Engineer for two positions, one for Meego TV and the other for Intel Media. In 2013, they worked as a Founder and Technical Director at 上海维视慧蓝信息科技有限公司. In 2014, they Co-Founded Antimatter Research, Inc. and in 2017, they became the Founder CTO of DeepSight.

Chris Chen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Hefei University of Technology between 1999 and 2003. chris then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the same university, which they completed in 2008. During 2007, they also worked as a Researcher in Computer Vision at the Hochschule Heilbronn - Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Informatik.
