James Kemp

James Kemp is the Chief Operating Officer at DeepStream, where they currently lead operational and financial strategies. They have over five years of experience as the Head of Operations for Source Humanitarian Network, an NGO focused on providing digital literacy to residents of Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya, successfully expanding educational offerings to over 3,000 students. James previously served as an Investment Associate at Ruffer LLP, where they contributed to decision-making for multi-asset investment portfolios. They hold a Master’s degree in International Management from ESADE Business & Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Exeter.
