Christopher Kerry is a Service Desk Technician at DeepTech. Prior to joining DeepTech, they worked as a Senior Field Engineer at Sandow Media from January 2013 to June 2015. In their previous role, Kerry was responsible for evaluating and resolving hardware and software issues for end users, both in person and remotely. Christopher also worked with infrastructure and web development associates to resolve end user issues related to those areas. Kerry established standard practices, wrote technical directions, and advised business leaders on process efficiency and streamlining. In addition, they trained users on software and hardware, both onsite and remotely. Kerry's areas of expertise include Adobe Creative Suite, Font Explorer software, deploying computers to end users, and maintaining Apple servers. Christopher also has experience with VoIP phone systems, BlackBerry, iPhone, and Android phones.
