Deepvac GmbH develops, builds, modernizes and supports thermal vacuum and space simulation systems for aerospace, research institutions, test laboratories and high-tech industries. The company provides standardized and custom thermal vacuum chambers as well as integrated test infrastructure for the verification and qualification of components, subsystems and technical assemblies under high vacuum and controlled temperature conditions.

The product and service portfolio includes complete TVAC systems, thermal plates, cryogenic shrouds, vacuum and thermal subsystems, application-specific test setups, process control, data acquisition and remote monitoring solutions. In addition, Deepvac offers engineering services across the full system lifecycle, including concept development, system design, Mechanical Design, Control Systems Design, automation, HMI and PLC integration, sensor integration, interface development, subsystem integration, commissioning and test support.

A key focus is the retrofit and modernization of existing thermal vacuum systems. Deepvac analyzes installed equipment independently of the original manufacturer and upgrades or renews control systems, regulation concepts, vacuum technology, thermal systems, safety logic, data acquisition and operator interfaces. This enables operators to extend the usability, performance and transparency of existing test infrastructure without necessarily replacing the complete system.

Deepvac also supports customers with maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, spare parts and lifecycle support. By combining vacuum technology, thermal engineering, control systems, data acquisition and intelligent automation, Deepvac delivers robust, traceable and adaptable test systems for demanding qualification, development and production environments.
