Aya Rashad is a Senior Content Strategist and Writer with a focus on marketing data analysis and team leadership. Currently a Language Arts Instructor at Art of Problem Solving, Aya leads advanced students in fostering critical thinking and a love for learning. Previously, Aya held various roles at Persado, culminating as a Senior Manager in Brand Content Strategy, where they mentored team members and drove process improvements. With over six years of experience in conversion optimization and content strategy, Aya possesses a strong analytical mindset and a passion for creative writing. Aya earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
