Rohit Giri

Rohit Giri is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Investor at Deepwatch since February 2023 and as Director of Corporate Development and Splunk Ventures at Splunk since November 2021, where significant funding activities include a $180M series B funding for Deepwatch. Prior to these roles, Rohit held the position of Director of Corporate Development at BigCommerce, contributing to key M&A transactions such as a $145M acquisition of Feedonomics and overseeing IPO activities that resulted in $217M and $391M in offerings. At Squarespace, Rohit was a foundational member of the finance team and led M&A initiatives. Previous experience includes roles at Bryant Park Capital, Worldwide Capital Group, Merriman Curhan Ford & Co., and Rutberg & Company. Rohit holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a BS/BA in Finance from Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
